Evolving PepsiCo Design’s Digital Experience

When I joined the team at PepsiCo Design + Innovation, our website was outdated, disorganized, and inefficient. I proposed a redesign to achieve the goals to: present PepsiCo Design as an industry leader—both in our craft, but also in our design-led business integration—recruit top talent, and post new work & thought-leadership more regularly to increase site traffic.

With 16 offices across all 5 regions, we highlighted our global team and breadth of products with interactive moments of delight throughout the site.

DESIGN CASE STUDIES

We created an intuitive filtering system for viewers to easily sort through and discover our award-winning work.

FLEXIBLE MODULES

We launched the site with 40 case studies of design work from around the globe. To build the case studies, we created a flexible module system that allows for efficient and beautiful content creation.

DESIGN CONTENT

In addition to design case studies, the PepsiCo Design + Innovation center regularly releases podcast episodes, design dialogue articles, and annual design books. Our website’s modular system allows us to keep this content updated and optimized.
